- Worked on subtraction operations.
- Worked on solving pyramid puzzles and patterning using skip counting.
- Made beaded number lines and used them to add two digit numbers. (great work)
This week in Science we:
- started our mechanical systems unit.
- Looked at six simple machines.
- identified simple machines from a random assortment of stuff on the table. Put this in our visual journals.
- Started planning our construction project: make something that includes the six simple machines we talked about.
